ArcadiaNodes provides game server hosting, web hosting, and Discord bot hosting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice to customers.

Payment is due in advance for all services. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles available
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Late payment fees may apply
• No refunds for partial service periods except as stated in our refund policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensure accurate billing information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

ArcadiaNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will be discontinued and data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
